Some goals need more than our main training programs they need a custom plan built just for you. That’s where our sport- or goal-specific custom coaching comes in. Work one-on-one with a coach to train for a race, trip, meet, comp, or any unique objective, or build a long-term coaching relationship where you and your coach set new goals and keep progressing together over time.
After you fill out our intake form and have a short welcome call with your coach, you’ll start receiving your individualized, goal-driven programming delivered weekly in FinalSurge, TrainHeroic, or both. Your coach will monitor your training daily, reply to your notes and feedback, and stay connected to support you through it all from answering questions and adjusting your schedule to offering motivation, planning guidance, and emotional support when you need it most. Pregnancy & Postpartum

Written by our Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist, Coach Whitney Doiron, this 16-week rehabilitative program is designed to help you intentionally rebuild your core, pelvic floor, and overall strength. Whether you’re returning to training postpartum, recovering from injury, or simply looking to reconnect with your foundation, this program provides a safe, structured path to move and feel strong again.

PELVIC FLOOR + CORE

$10/month

Written by our Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist, Coach Whitney Doiron, this program includes 3–4 days per week of focused training featuring pelvic floor and core-specific movements, breathing exercises, pelvic girdle strengthening, and balance work. We offer tailored paths for both pregnant and non-pregnant individuals, helping you build strength, stability, and confidence through intentional movement.

RETURN TO TRAINING

$200

This program is designed to help you safely transition back into structured training after time away — whether it’s postpartum, post-injury, or simply a break from routine. With a focus on movement quality, strength rebuilding, and confidence, you’ll progress intentionally and regain the foundation needed to train at full capacity again.

Pelvic Floor & Core Program

This program is designed to help you train safely and confidently through every stage of pregnancy. With a focus on strength, stability, and pelvic floor awareness, you’ll learn how to move with intention while supporting both your body and your baby. Each session is adaptable to your needs, helping you stay strong, balanced, and empowered throughout your pregnancy journey.
